Useful reports include:

- the page or shared map link;
- what happened and what you expected;
- your browser/device type and an optional screenshot.
Please do not include precise home locations, medical details or other sensitive personal information.
Suggest an improvement
Describe the decision or question the change would help with—not only the feature itself. That makes it easier to judge whether the map, filters, explanations or source material should change.
Question a hotspot or data interpretation
Include the shared FireWatch view and the date/time shown. FireWatch can explain how a point was processed, but cannot verify conditions on the ground. For confirmed incident information, use local authorities.
